Installer Position
Brief
As an Installer you will be tasked to work on a team to complete assigned projects. Your primary goal in this role is to gather and learn as much information and experience as possible. Gain comfortability with tools, equipment, methods, and workplace terminology.
On the job training will be crucial to your long term success. Quality and professionalism should be an underlining factor in all decisions and in every task that you are charged with.
This is an entry level instillation position with a 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work outside in the weather elements
- Provide hand tools as needed
- Uphold optimal operational policies and procedures
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Motivate employees
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
